Right now there's a 70% chance that I'll be at the March 12 concert. I have my tickets already, just need to book the flight.
I'm planning to go March 12th, although I still need to get my plane tickets. Also, I'm wondering where other people who are traveling long distances to go the reunion show are staying, because I don't know anyone in LA nor have I ever visited the city before so I still need to figure that out.

Good decision to stay for the extra show. All three shows--and some other stuff--make the trip 3 times more worthwhile.

I have to work on monday, taking a half day and hope I can sleep on the plane on my way back to Seattle. My itinerary is all bassackwards too... flying from Seattle to San Francisco, then San Francisco to Burbank (Burbank airport is way closer to the Knitting Factory than LAX, by the way)... and on the way back, Burbank to Salt Lake City then Salt Lake City to Seattle.

Elvis had a band. Not a big fan of his music, however. I put Elvis with most blues music, in the "respect, acknowledge, but don't like" category.

I hate to keep side-tracking these topics, but c'mon. Elvis doesn't trancend any different styles of music. He played boring, blues-derived, rock and roll. Not to mention that he was just ripping off black musicians who came before him. Sure, many of the bands we know and love may not have existed without Elvis, but that doesn't mean his music isn't out-dated and tiresome.
you guys dont have to like elvis or think that he is the king of rock and roll. but if you seriously think the mae shi is better, then that just shows how little you really know about music.

Now, as far as any hostility interpretted from me: Ã, I've been what I thought was clearly joking until attacked because of IlikeOzma's grudge against me and/or misinterpretation of my humor. Ã, While I do think that the guy gets a lot of undue flaming (Mike, despite being my best-forum-friend, can be pretty relentless), I would say the majority of it is probably justified.
